Great pliers for shrink tubing connectors.
Big fan of knipex quality. Was torn about getting these versus dedicated ratchet pliers specifically for shrink tubing insulated connectors. I generally don't use many butt or eyelet connectors but always keep a few shrink tubing style around and will use them if needed. In any case, these do a great job of a solid mechanical crimp and not damaging the shrink tubing seal. Plus these have the ability to cut metric screws and chase the threads. This has come in handy when I run into a metric screw I need to shorten on occasion. Usually some fixture a customer picked up that has a screw that has some boogered up threads.

Awesome pliers!
A big fan of Knipex! I bought these to crimp shrink tubing connectors. There are ones specifically for that but $$$. These worked great without damaging the shrink insulation. Decent leverage for a strong mechanical crimp too. Plus, I now have a Metric screw cutter. Difficult to find that on a standard pair of strippers. Occasionaly I get metric hardware with some hoity toity fixtures. Very Handy. Full disclosure, they are made in Taiwan. However the quality is A+
