There are millions of different flapper valves. Brick and mortar store had one that looked close, but not quite the correct fit. Used the brand name from the incorrect product packaging to track down the correct model and found it on this site. Delivered promptly

This product came as advertised.However it was a poor fit.
This flapper was way too loose. I had to modify it with a wooden dowel.It would not work without the mod that I designed. The model Kohler toilet was the correct one that this flapper was supposed to match,however it would not work without major leaks. After I modified with a dowel rod it works.

I will buy this product again.
Replace flappers when toilet starts to leak water. I've been buying from Supplyhouse for about 20 years when I learned their flapper was much less expense than the local hardware stores ones.

It fits and works! Easy to replace too.
I replaced the 2 old Kohler (San Rahael model) leaking flappers with these compatible flappers, and it worked for both toilets. No more leaking and flushed fine. Let's see if these will last 5 years as the warranty claims.

You need this for Koehler toilets
Local stores didn't carry this unique toilet flapper which is required for some Koehler toilets. These folks had it and at a good price.

Kohler discontinued a Rialto Model Toilet but SupplyHouse supplies the somewhat unique Hinge Flapper that fits the Rialto precisely . Flapper works very well.
