10-5/8" Convex Double Inlet Blower Wheel with Direct Drive, CW (1/2" Bore)

The product I purchased from SH is a perfect fit for my application and of better quality than the Trane OEM blower wheel I removed. My lowered score is a reflection on the inability of SH customer service to assist me in finding the correct non-Trane part no. equivalent. The rep in the chat said they could not cross ref the Trane part to its Lau equivalent despite offering both Trane and Lau products. The specs on the Lau part number that SH shows did not include the width so I contacted SH to verify the width. They told me they did not have the width info stating the "supplier doesn't always provide all of the information". Lau is a huge manufacturer of blower wheels with specs and product info online. After some hunting I obtained the Lau blower wheel specs (including the width) and identified the proper part. Wth that Lau spec info available online it seems reasonable that SH should do better than simply say "we don't have that info" when they are a Lau distributor, in fact. On the plus side, once I confirmed the proper Lau Part No. (which SH stocks!) the ordering and shipping process proceeded smoothly, as usual. SH does a great job of shipping in a timely manner. Having worked for a distributor in my past career I fault them for the customer having to research a simple, necessary spec (the width), something they should already have at their fingertips.

The product I received was exactly what I needed. My only complaint is that the squirrel cage failure point is still there. Not sure why they don't weld the axel in place, but it does work as promised and was an exact replacement.
