Good product - good vendor
Shipping was reasonable and the product arrived on time. Installation really was easy, thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the directions, mark your wires before removing them from the old control module, and also mark the holes you will use on the adapter bracket (included in this kit). There are many holes on that bracket and only two are needed for a particular installation. One thing that was not completely clear was how to connect the flame sensor - the spade connector on the ignition module is smaller for this particular connection, and I found it confusing when reconnecting the wires. But this was my fault for not reading ahead and/or making sure I knew where all the terminals were before attaching the module inside the furnace compartment. Rest assured that the flame sensor connects just fine and all of the kit's components are properly sized. When replacing the flame sensor, I removed the damper door, reached inside the burner area, and used a flat screwdriver to press down on the old flame sensor (there is resistance, of course, but just a little force is all it takes to push it out of its holder, after which it will slide down ... remove it completely, attach the new flame sensor to the white wire, then slide the new flame sensor back up through the same holder slot until it snaps into place). After installation was complete, I followed the startup procedure in the instructions (same as on my furnace panel) and had to wait about 20-30 seconds, but then the furnace fired up and everything worked great. I would definitely purchase this product from PexSupply again.

Works as advertised
Replaced an old Johnson Controls ignition switch with the new Honeywell controller. Relatively easy replacement, new board did not have the same number of ground connectors and the mounting bracket did not match up so some field modifications were necessary but the unit works as advertised.

It worked !!
I was replacing a discontinued controller. The mounting bracket part didn't work out. But I used the old bracket and just tek screwed The new one to it. Some of the labeling was off from my existing unit to the new controller. But they sent good paperwork with it. And after matching it with the existing wiring diagram. It all went together and has been working wonderful. Or at least no one has called which to me that means it's working great. I would definitely buy again.

I would recommend this product
I bought this product because my furnace was not putting out any heat. I am a HVAC/R tech and I am trained to troubleshoot heating and cooling problems. When I installed this kit, it took about 15 to 30 minutes to install it. After it was installed, I ran the unit through 3 cycles to see if there any other problems. The thing that I do like about this kit is that it has an LED light indicator for troubleshooting alerting you if there are any problems while the unit is running in heating mode.

Easy to install, works great
I bought it from Pex Supply. It arrived in two days.
I absolutely know nothing about HVAC systems. I just followed the written installation/replacement instructions. It took me half an hour. My furnace is up and running again.

Works great
Replaced the Johnson Controls's unit of my Whisper Heat G20 with this kit. Everything works like a charm now. Installation is straightforward, takes about 45min-1 hour. Saved myself close to $400 by doing the job myself.

this is a good product , straight forward instructions and all the local repair shops wanted to retrofit my furnace at a cost of 800 dollars . my family is warm now for about 140.
i have recommended this product to my nieghbors.
as we live in tract housing they all have the same unit as i do.

Undocumented Error Codes with Unit
Just purchased and installed the device. Installation was relatively straight forward with some modifications to the existing bracket. Turned the furnace on and, while the power is available to the unit, the unit does not go through its ignition sequence. In addition, the unit provides a "single flash code" (as defined in the documentation) of 6, which does not exist in the documentation. As a result, I cannot tell if the issue is with the unit or with something else in the furnace
