Works well -- subjectively, I think it has improved to efficiency of the XP21 unit compared to the OEM 5-blade plastic fan that came with the unit.

Poorly Boxed, Poorly Protected
This was a factory balance blade but it came in such poor packaging and taping that when I put it on the unit, it clearly was no longer balanced! The product itself would have been perfect if packaged and taped with the care it should have. I would have rejected the part but the homeowner needed their unit running that weekend for guests. I could not wait for another blade so I had no choice but to accept it and put it on. It vibrates and will cause problems and will ultimately need to be replaced under my warranty.
