Review of the Lux P711-010. Working great as advertised
The main reason I purchased this thermostat was for the feature of the adjustable differential/swing. I now have it set for a differential of 1 1/2 degree ( 1.5 degree above set temp. before unit starts / 1.5 degree below set temp. before unit shuts off) as opposed to my old thermostat that has a non-adjustable 1 degree up / 1 degree down from set temp..
My unit currently cycles on/off less than half as many times as it did before.
This unit would be perfect if it would have the capability of being able to program in the schedule for the fan to cycle on & off completely independently from the condenser unit.
To overcome this, I've installed a 24vdc electronic timer on the wall next to this thermostat to accomplish this task.
