Not until system corrected.
I ordered several things in April with the four 2"x1 1/2"-Tap & Drained Couplings which were back ordered. About 4 week went by before receiving first incorrect sized items of four 2"x1 1/4". I called and quickly received a replacement order of another, 2nd four incorrect sized 2"x1 1/4". Called again and received 3rd incorrect order of 4-2"x1 1/4" . Packaged up all twelve incorrect items sent back via UPS wasting my time and resources. Called and got the 4th order delivered and low and behold incorrect size again. Total of four orders requesting 4 - 2" x 1 1/2" Tap & drain couplings but four times receiving 4-2"x1 1/4" couplings. I suggested to customer service to have to person or robot check the item rater than just pulling out of the box filling the order.
