Long screw was too lontg - otherwise perfect!
I got this to replace my shower's round, plastic, 1964 Moen Chateau on/off/temperature knob. Like others have said, it came with no instructions, so either be able to "picture" how it should work, or get someone else to do it for you. The lo-ong center screw was about 1/4-inch too long -- it bottomed out before it could tighten this handle. I used my grinding wheel to shorten it, and then it worked perfectly. Now it's MUCH easier to control my shower than it was when I had to do it with a stylish-yet-barely-functional round knob!

I would only use moen handles, not cheap aftermarket handles
Had to replace a moen cartridge and the screw for the handle was stripped. Replaced with new handle kit after replacing the cartridge.

Exactly what I wanted
I wanted a lever style handle in my shower because I was having a hard time turning the round acrylic one. this product was exactly what I needed but it didn't come with instructions and that is why I didn't give it five stars.

Nice upgrade from clear plastic to chrome
4 Stars - really good quality and somewhat easy to install.... but it would have been a whole lot easier IF there had been some instructions. I suppose that the way it is packaged, this lever could be used on various faucets and that is why I had to figure which parts were unnecessary. The price was reasonable, but the shipping costs were a bit too high.

We bought this shower handle to replace the old Chateau plastic handle - which was getting harder to turn with arthritic hands. The new handle was easy to install, looks great and is MUCH easier to turn on/off. Now ordering a 2nd one for the guest bath, for an updated look.
