I would buy this again.
Exact replacement for the original fan motor. Didn't need it this time, but now I have a perfect back-up when it goes out. I have two identical units that are 20 years old, so I may need it in the near future.

i hope i dont need to but i would order this part again
new mounting nuts should be included with it or customers should at least be told it does not come with the new nuts but other then that it is as described and was shipped in a timely manner

High quality, exact replacement fan motor.
Package arrived 2 days early. Very nice motor fit perfectly. Wiring was much heavier guage than original with quality connectors installed. Only difficulty with this replacement is removing fan from old motor shaft. You need a proper puller. Regular 3 jaw pullers will damage blades.
