A clean start for a house under new ownership!
Exact fit OEM replacement for the furnace in a manufactured home that we bought a couple of years ago. No cutting. Great price and quick delivery. I should replace more often. The filter is washable in theory or you can vacuum it out, but replacement is super easy.

it fit
It fits my modular home furnace but being as thin as it is I don't think it can help as much. I got this as a substitute because the one I ordered in February was discontinued so this was the recommendation from the staff. Staff is very helpful and prompt to respond to questions, next time I just need to ask for a better quality filter.

Lightning Fast Shipping and Great Quality
My filter was without the R at the end and was discontinued. Fit was great for my Intertherm HVAC unit for my manufactured home. Decided to go with this after having to heavily modify a pleated filter and deciding it wasn't worth complications.

So happy to find this filter!
We have a relatively new heating and cooling system in our mobile home. The furnace has a blower that also brings cool air in from the outdoor air conditioning unit. The filter was BADLY past due for replacement and I had a dickens of a time locating the right filter. Another that I ordered was too thick for the unit. This one works great and we will enjoy the clean air it provides.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHello Ms. Vera, thanks for writing in. You should install the matted size towards the furnace. This side is a little more ridged and will keep any of the filter material from being drawn onto the furnace.
