Do not purchase
As with any new appliance, they work great when first installed. After a year or two, the 3 way valve for domestic hot water will fail. Then you get to wait up to 2 hours on the phone with tech support while pushing buttons and giving them all of the boiler info, taking pictures of the install and emailing them, then waiting 3 to 5 days for parts to come by mail (because suppliers are not allowed to stock parts). This company is awful to deal with. Tech support is condescending, customers are unhappy to hear that they won't have heat or hot water for days, and Noritz does not cover labor for contractors on warranty work. Absolutely do NOT purchase anything, especially a combi boiler from Noritz. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor tech support, and very unreliable.
