I would not buy this product again
5 years and already a 3 way valve started to leak
Don't know how is it in other states ,here in NYC we don't have professionals with Noritz and some that do know charge arm and a leg . I would not recommend this product

In operation for 2 weeks so far operating fine. Had start up code which had to call and get help clearing, took many steps to clear. Very quiet operation. Will tell more in the winter months to follow about operation.

I Would Again And Do Buy A Lot Of Noritz Combi Boilers
We Have Installed Both The LP and Natural Gas Versions Of Noritz Combi Boilers. Never Have Had Any Problems With Them. In My Opinion Many Problems With The Combi Boiler Industry Is Being Caused By Undersized Primarily Loops. Installing A Primarily 1-1/4" Primarily Loop And 1" Drops Out Of The Boiler Is Required. Remember That Air Scoops Require At Least 1' Of Piping On Inlet And Outlet To Function Properly. Only Contractors That Are Familiar With Near Boiler Piping Should Even Install These Systems.

i bought my unit 2 years ago. i suggest to do a lot of reading on it, to understand whats needed for the install. ive had NO issues with it. saves money during the summer over a conventional water heater.

The jury is still out.
The boiler has some great selling points but finding an installer was difficult because of the lack of experience with Noritz products. The closest and only certified installer in the state was over 120 miles away. Instructions for installation are vague in areas especially on how to flush and purge the system using the Noritz manifold. If you want to use the Domestic Water only with the intention of expanding to heating, be aware that a loop must be installed on the boiler side to be able to utilize the Domestic water feature. Once installed, there was a small leak in the heat exchanger but Noritz immediately sent a replacement and the unit is running well. The reason for a lower rating. I would probably not have chosen Noritz if I had known that it is not a well known product in my community area.
