EasyDye is a fluorescent leak detection dye for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It can quickly and easily be injected into a system to find refrigerant leaks anywhere in the system. It will work with all commercially available oils, and it is perfect for split systems, heat pumps, microchannel coils, packaged units and mini-splits.

would not buy again
this product requires a adapter piece to install dye into system and its not mentioned in description that it is needed :( I do recommend Nu Calgon sealant / dye product which comes as a one piece easy to use applicator.instead. easy and neat to install.

I buy and use these often
Our company uses these often. They are reasonable priced and easy to use. We have never had luck with the expensive Dye plus Sealants sold everywhere, as the sealants have never worked in our experience, so these are a great in-expensive alternative.
