Yes, I would buy this water heater pan again
It is a decent pan, it is very thin, but it will hold water and it shouldn't corrode away for many years if water should drip into the pan. A 20" pan fits a 20" diameter water heater. The pan is about 22" at the base of the pan and about 24" at the top of the pan. This was not specified in the description, it is kind of obvious that a 20" pan would be for a 20" water heater, but still it could have said this in the description as to not worried about it until the day of installation.

great quality, and exactly what I needed
I used these pans in an unorthodox way to catch condensation from window ac's. the pvc fitting allowed me to pipe it down into a condensate pump rather than dripping on peoples heads.

All was good. Except that they send one that was 1" wider. That was a problem because the closet we put it in was so narrow. We bent it to make it work. I'm sure the company would have replaced the pan, except we need it right away we had to get the water heater installed. This was the only site that we found had the size we wanted. No complaints other the size. It will work fine for us.

Exactly what I wanted
Putting Hickory hardwood in laundry room. This is insurance against leaks ruining the hardwood. Plumbed it directly into bathtub drain before trap so no sewer gas and no worries about water on new floor. Would buy from pex supply again
