Overview:
The WhisperFit DC Fan with Condensation Sensor for Humidity Control is an ideal retrofit solution. Built-in energy-efficient ECM (DC) motor with Pick-A-Flow airflow selector allows you to select required airflow (50, 80 or 110 CFM). Condensation Sensor provides hands-free operation and automatic moisture control. Single-hinged Flex-Z Fast bracket, pre-installed alignment guides, and temporary clip allows for flexible, fast and easy installation. This vent fan enables you to utilize existing duct, while its low profile housing design ensures a proper fit in any bathroom ceiling or other areas of a home with at least 5 5/8” depth. The slide and snap-in junction box and duct collar provide greater flexibility when wiring and attaching the duct, and this premium ceiling ventilation fan now includes preinstalled plastic alignment guides and temporary retaining clip. These clips molded into the casting will allow the fan to stay in place while the installer fastens the fan into can.

Typical Panasonic quality!
No better brand of bath ventilators on the market! Quiet and powerful. Humidity sensor works well - requires a switched pair for signal (sensor override). Quick mounting bracket works well for retrofit or new. Highly recommended.

Great exhaust fan, easy install
Easy to install without going into the attic etc!!
Only issue is it comes with 5 wires - white, black, green, and 2 red wires. The red wires are for overriding the automatic system - no instructions as to what to do if you don't have a second switch. The answer I found that worked is just to tape them off and don't use them.
