This WhisperFit DC Fan features a a dimmable 10W LED light with 1W night light for warm, energy-efficient illumination. A built-in energy-efficient ECM (DC) motor with Pick-A-Flow airflow selector allows you to select required airflow (50, 80, or 110 CFM). Single-hinged Flex-Z Fast bracket, pre-installed alignment guides, and temporary clip allow for flexible, fast, and easy installation. This vent fan enables you to utilize existing duct, while its low profile housing design ensures a proper fit in any bathroom ceiling or other areas of a home with at least 5 5/8” depth. The slide and snap-in junction box and duct collar provide greater flexibility when wiring and attaching the duct, and this premium ceiling ventilation fan now includes preinstalled plastic alignment guides and temporary retaining clip. These clips molded into the casting will allow the fan to stay in place while the installer fastens the fan into can.

Great Exhaust Fan w/ Light
Product: Panasonic Whisper series fans for a bathroom with a shower are the only way to go in my opinion. We install these for our bathroom remodel team, but this was for my personal home. It's very quiet and super effective on humidity. The light is a warm light and bright. The full bathroom it was installed in was on the 1st floor, so I did not have access above. This was an easy retrofit for the space. It comes with a 4" vent connection and an option for a 3" vent adapter if needed. (I did not wire the nightlight and cannot speak on it)
Supply House Review: Supply House was quick to ship and provided excellent pricing in comparison to other suppliers. I trust them much more than box stores for quality of shipping and customer service.

Very quiet fan. Although they offer their quick connect hardware I screwed it into the joists/ reinforced wood block to be certain it would not vibrate. The LED light is very bright..

Excellent. retro install into 12 inch on center joists, not a problem. The bracket is the most solid install bracket on the market. Super quiet, super efficient removal of moisture. Impressive unit.

This fan is very easy to install, both in new construction and in existing buildings. The cfm is adjustable and it is relatively quiet at any of the settings. The light brightness is suitable for a normal size bathroom.

Heads and shoulders above the other brands in every respect. Installation bracket, chassis design make it easy. High quality metals and plastics. Moves air really well and does so quietly. Suitable for both retrofit and new install. Make sure you have separate circuits for lighting and fan.
