It works flawlessly, in a non-automated fashion.
I gave up after not finding a reasonable solution to automating this function.
No one could tell me the voltage provided by the common terminal for the Hi/Lo - On/Standby orange wire in my system, (and I don't have a meter to measure it right now) so this switch certainly works here, but it's not what I was looking for initially.
More commercial solutions I found to accomplish automation were unreasonably priced, I thought.
I'll simply use 2 Shelly1 relays, or something similar, in the not too distant future to automate this, and keep this "traditional" switch in place.

Looks good ... but I apparently didn't need it
I bought this as it was one of the recommended components to the IAQ fan, but the electrician said it was if there was a light WITH the IAQ - which my unit didn't have a light. So, that was a waste of money... I shall see if I can return this, but postage may make it not worthwhile.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThe three function switch plate has three rocker control switches for the control of three circuits. The two function switch only controls two circuits.
