The first pump had a leaking shaft seal. the return of the defective pump and delivery of the new pump was made in less than 24 hours, Impressive! Unfortunately, while the replacement appeared to be an exact replacement with the same model number it would not fit in the piping configuration without minor piping changes. I question the manufacturers quality control, however, it runs well and is very quiet. Customer service from SuppyHouse is excellent!

Great product, reliable and just works!
Like for like swap out. Old one wouldn't hold pressure. New pump bolted right to the old tank and once primed, fixed the customer's water supply issues.
