Bad out of box
The pump that I replaced was same pump series and was in our pump house for 9 years plus however long it was in it before we purchased the pdoperty. Had shop built and pump was moved to corner, 2 years and pump seals went. We were upgrading from 3/4 hp to 1hp. But this pump never built pressure over 32psi. Supply House doesn't want the pump back - now I have to dispose of it and the original.
