I received this product in perfect condition. I was so impressed in how you packed the product to insure it wasn't damaged. I was able to replace the old float with the new one all by myself, seeing it was all one piece, which saved much time and money for me. Thank you

Great design by Liberty Pumps
Not handy at all but with a YouTube video and this part I was able to change out the old one and make the repair without calling in a plumber. Great design by liberty.

The right piece for my liberty pro 380 pump!
Woke up to our laundry room flooded because the pump was not activating. Turns out the float switch was going out. This fixed the problem and no more flooding/backing up.
