Good alarm, loud, float works well
Good alarm, loud enough to hear upstairs from our basement, float works well but is tough to fit in our pit but you can make it work. The float seems to hit the side of the pit sometimes so had to move some things around but for the most part it is workable, just need that float to be free flowing so it can create the alarm. It is not like the picture, check the instructions to get a better idea of what the float looks like.

Good features and just the right price.
This product is easy to install and adjust. The nice thing is the alarm is loud enough to hear and with the battery backup it is a nice warning system. Our first alarm we received was broken in the wiring block but pex supply was very helpful and quick to get us a replacement under warranty. Good product. Good company. Both liberty pump and pex supply. Very helpful.
