be mounted to a metal drain pan (without a lip) or inferior,
non-AquaGuard plastic drain pan (with a lip) in 10 seconds

Excellent concept, basically 0/0 water level shuts system down. Old float type can (and did) overflow pan: little off level, little sticking, little age and big problems. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars: wires are fragile, poorly color coded ( is that purple or black). Wiring diagram confusing.
Explanation should be simple. Two wires give it power. It needs power. Two wires interrupt HVAC operation, usually on all the time, continuous closed connection when dry, open when wet.
The instructions are confusing.
Seems to be great product.way better concept than failure prone floats

I installed an Aquagaurd last year, pan filled with water due to blocked drain - switch did not work, points stuck closed! Failure.

Excellent concept, basically 0/0 water level shuts system down. Old float type can (and did) overflow pan: little off level, little sticking, little age and big problems. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars: wires are fragile, poorly color coded ( is that purple or black). Wiring diagram confusing.

Drip sensor for HVAC
Bought this product as required during a home inspection while selling our house. HVAC professional went up to the attic to install it and said there already was one up there but the builder had not connected it to the system. So we plan to use the product on our next house! It's a great product and all air conditioners should have it for safety. Thank you for getting it here SO fast. Really appreciate your help.

Direct replacement for defective one.
Bought this to replace one exactly like it that would not reset after being tripped. Tried everything to get this thing to stop tripping, dried it, let it sit for two days, applied malitive Force, nothing worked.
Bought exact replacement, hopefully this one will be better.

Fantastic Product. Aqua Guard products set the standard.
Best product I've found for odd installations. Can be used as a water sensor for flat planen or attached to side of drain pan. We use these mostly in rooftop units for code compliance. They are very versitile and effective.

good overall, couple improvement opptys
Like the solid state. Nice wiring options. Needs a test button, and the stranded wires require use of pigtails rather than plugging directly into wireless thermostat receiver push terminals. I also like that it is includes an alcohol patch, self adhesive strip, and notice sticker. Well designed.
