I am stuck with a very poor performing pump
This pump had very similar specs to the pump it was intended to replace. Same horsepower, same amperage draw, same diameter outlet pipe.....but it performs so badly that I am considering putting my old worn out pump back in until I can get a different replacement. My old pump could fill my hot tub in about 25 minutes. This pump? No way. Over an hour and the tub still wasn't full. If someone opens a tap on the first floor of my house, water pressure drops to a trickle, or sometimes no pressure at all one the second floor. I talked to the manufacturer of the pump, and they claim it is working perfectly and refuse to honor any warranty. Supply House refuses to exchange for a different pump or refund my money because I already installed the pump. The ONLY thing that was changed in my entire water system was the pump, so the pump is definitely the problem. I will be buying another pump soon, but it certainly won't be this brand of pump, and it certainly won't be from Supply House either!

Pump works great, good service from Supply House
I spent more money for what I consider a better quality pump. Familiar with Red Lion in the past. So far it is working great. I also like it draws only 9 amps for a 3/4hp

I bought this one as a backup fore exact same pump that I bought a few months ago. It is quiet and serves to build pressure in the pressure tank to get water to all parts of the house. No rust either.

Good pump and quiet
This affordable pump is great. I will no longer be buying and sta-rite pumps. I have experienced debilitating rust on them...numerous times. This pump is lighter, I guess because it is not cast iron. Stainless steel is lighter and rust is less pervasive. This pump is great.
