- The SV9510 SmartValve System Controls combine gas flow control and electronic direct main burner ignition sequencing functions into a single unit. The ignition source is 120V hot surface igniter lighting the main burner flame. Provides all gas ignition safety functions by controlling gas flow, ignition source, and a 120 Vac combustion air blower. The control also monitors the appliance airflow proving switch circuit and limit string to assure proper appliance operation. The SmartValve System Controls provide prepurge, postpurge and timed trial for ignition with multiple ignition trials and auto reset from lockout. Diagnostic LED indicates system status.
Product Features:
- The control communicates directly with the ST9160 Electronic Fan Timer (EFT) in typical forced warm air furnace applications
- It will also interface with the 208907 Terminal Board, providing compatibility with power-stealing thermostats. Or, it directly interfaces with the appropriate power supplies and a system thermostat for additional appliance applications
- When controlled directly by a thermostat, the control does not provide a postpurge function, as power to the control is removed when the thermostat call for heat ends
- This system is suitable for a wide range of fan-assisted combustion, gas-fired appliances including furnaces, rooftop furnaces, boilers, unit heaters, infrared heaters, water heaters and commercial cooking appliances

Works as advertised
I used this control valve to replace the SV9410 control valve that seems to have been struck by lightning in my garage Modine Hot Dawg 75,000 btu heater. The part arrived on schedule, with the proper manual, and in new condition. I had the old part swapped out, and the new one in within 30 minutes. The new control valve is working like a champ, and now I can get back to doing work in my garage during the cold Wisconsin winters. Also, I saved around $100 buying from this site, compared to other sites I visited, so Thank You PexSupply.com

Was told by an HVAC technician trouble shooting my unit that I needed a new gas valve so I bought this unit. I have experience performing this type work so instead of paying high install price from said technician I chose to do it myself. It took a couple hours to swap units, relatively easy. Upon running to test the unit it does not work properly. Will continue to troubleshoot to my best ability but may need to have tech come back. Darn it.

Great retrofit unit
I used this SmartValve to replace the obsolete one on a hot dawg garage heater. It worked great out of the box and the preSet pressure verified correctly.

Easy company to work with
Had an HVAC company troubleshoot my heating system a while back, telling me my gas valve was bad, and quoted me a very high amount for them to replace it. I purchased one here that fit perfectly. Heater still didn't work and again had HVAC diagnose again saying bad gas valve again. Supply House replaced with no questions. Thank you. However system still not heating. I don't fully believe the gas valve is bad again but am leery about replacing it again. Still troubleshooting myself. I would easily buy from you again. You've been easy to work with and replaced with no questions. I'm not sure where to go next but I am still without a heating system this winter.
