Defective product
Had an issue with the pressure tank, used the chat feature to contact Supply House and had it resolved in minutes. Supply House is the best.

good service, poor delivery
Supply house did a good job. Order was processed quickly and accurately. Their choice of shipper though was abismal. UPS received the package and promised a 4 day delivery. It kept getting pushed back, tomorrow, tomorrow etc. After setting in a processing center 100 miles away for an additional 4 days, it was delivered. It wouldn't have been such a problem if the repair of our home heating system wasn't waiting on the part and temps had been above 28f.
