Honeywell Expansion Tanks absorb hot water expansion in closed heating systems. They are equipped with butyl diaphragms to separate the air from the system water. Pre-pressurized, the tank keeps fluids circulating and maintains minimum pressure.

I would have returned this item if i didn't need it to get my heating system back up and running. Box was in perfect condition, item however was dented and label was torn. It may have been a returned item or used item. I would not buy again.

Its a Honeywell based product
Amtrol and Extrol expansion tanks have been the gold standard for years. Unfortunately they're getting harder to come by. Outward appearance and by application these are the same. Beats waiting around.

Perfect Fit - fast delivery
It came really fast at reasonable shipping costs. It was a perfect fit and easy to replace on your own - just be sure the pressure is bled out of the system or it will spray all over when you remove the old one if there is any pressure left.

Yes but only from Supply House
Supply House provided a replacement when one I installed lasted less than two heating seasons. Now that is standing behind the products they sell even though Honeywell's warranty is only one year! The customer and I both send a thanks you! Now that's customer service!!!!!!!!
