I would buy from Supply House again & again
I'm so impressed with the service. I ordered it about 12:40 p.m. & they said I 'd have it the next day & I got it just like they said. The part fit wonderfully & our serviceman was able to install it quickly. Great job & thank you! We had been without hot water for two days.

Not what was pictured.
When this came in the mail, it was not what was pictured on the website. Customer service told me they think the photo is wrong and the thermostat that we needed was almost $200 more. Then on top of their mistake, they made me pay the shipping to return the part. Not happy about this situation at all.

I research the gas tank and got the model number of the gas valve. A perfect match. I installed it, it's been working fine ever since. Thank you guys!

exactly what i needed
This was very straightforward to install. The only thing that seems different is the "Hot" setting is definitely hotter than the original controller.
