I would purchase this item again from Supply House.
I would rather comment on the staff at Supply House. In these days of so-so service, the support I received from Supply House was far superior to any company I have dealt with. They went above and beyond what would be normally expected from an online company. and the vent pipe was also perfect. Made for a very easy installation of an on-demand water heater.

Poor design
The venting design at the top does not prevent water from getting into the pipe. We had a storm yesterday and I noticed water in the floor under the water heater. After inspecting, I disconnected the vent pipe and discovered that rain water was able to get into the pipe through this Termination vent.
