Easy Install and Works great!
This Rinnai Push Button was very easy to install via bluetooth and works very well. I was skeptical that this would work given the distance from the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in the basement. But to my surprise, I could hear the water start to circulate within a couple of seconds of pushing the button. You do have to wait a couple of minutes for the water to circulate but very happy with the result. Lowest price on the internet and prompt shipping. Would recommend both product and Supplyhouse.com!

Great idea, but...
My RXP 199 tankless heater is outside (love it!). I do not have a wifi module installed but the RXP 199 can connect via bluetooth without wifi. I could not get this button to pair from anywhere inside the house. I was able to pair it while standing outdoors next to the heater, but once I took it inside, it would not connect, even when trying to use it in the rooom just the other side of the heater. I had to return it.

Works when Rinnai app and Alexa are down
We bought the button after the Rinnai cloud services went down one weekend. The button needs the RVM200 module to work. It's small. We didn't want to keep it in one place so we had to get something bigger to attach it to.

Great Addition to Rinnai Hot Water System
The Rinnai push button is a great addition to the Rinnai hot water system that enables the recirculation pump to be started with the push of a button. The push button uses Blue Tooth to communicate with the RWM200 Wireless Module to ensure reliable and economical starting of the hot water system without the need to interface through an Amazon Alexa cellphone App.

I Would Not Buy These Buttons
I would not buy these buttons again
The rbp200 buttons are very problematic to connect to water heater
They drop connection every 3/5 weeks take a hour at least to try to reconnect if possible very frustrating purchase from supply house
I do believe Rinnai does not make any more of these Find A Better Option On Web As Rinnai Has Almost No Info On A Fix Or Help Online

Great customer service
The first button I received was obviously a return. The battery in the second one was weak. But I must say, they did they answer the phone and immediately solved my problems, including crediting me for a battery.
