Very Nice Programability, Horrible Customer Service
This is a very nice thermostat with a lot of features/settings that can be adjusted that most other thermostats don't have. Big and only downside is that this company is non existent if you have any technical questions. When you call their customer service number, you are told they no longer have tech support available over the phone and you are forced to use the AI bot on their website. I tried to get an answer from the bot but kept talking in circles with it. Doesn't bode well if you need technical or warranty support.

Nice solution
This is a nice thermostat for the price and does all the basic necessary functions.
It's easy to install, and is simple to operate.
It does lack some of the bells whistles that others on the market.
