Digital Programmable Wall Thermostat (1 Heat/1 Cool)

The wiring harness coming from the air unit for my old Robertshaw thermostat 9600 were not labeled, but instead were color specific and matched the new thermostat RS9110's post letter indicators that had the labels as to which wire went where. Example, yellow wire to Y, green wire to G etc etc. Easy set up and works perfectly. The light display makes it a plus at night. My old one had no light.

The old thermostat needed replaced and decided to give the Robertshaw a try because we wanted the differential setting. Our old one didn't have that feature. I had never used a Robertshaw thermostat so no sure what to expect. This thermostat works wonderfully. No more short cycling and can set it to our comfort level and we are very happy. It was very easy to wire and program. Only took 20 minutes and all done. The product was shipped fast and the whole ordering process was clear and easy to do.

It's been 18 days since I had this thermostat installed and I really like it. Fiddled around with for the first two days regarding the differential feature and the temperature calibration and now it's perfect for our needs. It doesn't cycle on and off as much as our old thermostat so it's better at keeping the temperature constant and reducing humidity in our home. This is huge, because I didn't realize until I started doing research that consistent cycles of 15-20 mins on and then off work better to reduce humidity. Our old thermostat, for example, would cut on for 10 minutes turn off for 8, cut on for 6 then turn off for 10. I did not want a smart thermostat and this is perfect for those of us who want something simple that just works.

Replaced older thermostat which did not allow adjustment of swing differential. Easy set up for schedule and manual adjustment for separate heat/cold differential. Can not comment on install ease as HVAC tech installed at same time of spring air tune up but it did not take tech longer than 5 minutes to wire and verify in working order. 2nd time buying same brand and model (2 separate units) from SupplyHouse. . Highly recommend this brand of thermostat and SupplyHouse for any HVAC parts.

great thermostat at good price very easy to install and use

This was installed to replace a non-programmable thermostat in our office area. It seems well made, installed easily, and didn't feel cheap, despite the very reasonable price.

My 5T Goodman is now oversized after I beefed up attic insulation, replaced windows and sealed air gaps. Increasing the temperature swing range eliminated the unit short cycling and greatly improved dehumidification. 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Was looking for a thermostat with ability to program swing differential to prevent short cycling of HVAC system in an area that isn't occupied often. This thermostat has this capability.
