Supply House stands behind their products
I bought this programmer with the recommendation from Supply House. Received extremely fast shipping. Unfortunately it would not auto shutdown.
I contacted Supply House and they immediately sent another unit. This one worked great.
I do not blame the faulty unit on Supply House whatsoever. Faulty units will happen and Supply House didn't blink an eye to quickly resolve the issue. Great company and a pleasure to receive such great service.

Simple and great quality
My old thermostat died during last heat wave, so I needed a replacement urgently. Accidentally found this site and was pleasantly surprised by customer service.
It took a second to get a suggestion for replacement and in 2 days I installed this one. The package had everything I would need for installation and instructions were clear. Took me whole 5 min to install…lol
