needs improvement
There are a few design improvements that I would like to see to make this a better product. First, the mounting brackets are too short and the unit is too close to the wall, allowing wet towels to contact the wall.
Second, the threaded portions of the unit where the water lines are screwed into are too narrow to give proper support and sealing properties. The only thing that would work to stop the dripping was teflon tape and you have to be careful not to overtighten because of the thin threaded portion on the unit. This threaded portion should be twice the thickness to allow for a proper seal.
