Great Product - Hassle Free install
My poor mom has been dealing with well water and tiny rocks clogging the inlet washer filter (screened) on her washing machine for years. Installed this awesome spin-down filter with a much smaller mesh than the inline filter she was using and what a difference it has made! She could not be happier! No more taking the supply hoses off to clean the screen filter anymore! Just open the gate valve to clean the spin-down filter and we're good to go for months!

I would buy this again
We are on a well with water high in iron and solids. We installed this just before the pressure tank, whole house filter, water softener and heater to prolong the life of the other systems. It works beautifully. We went further and plumbed the bottom into the drain so we don't have to hold a bucket to flush the filter. Fast and easy.

Q: Can you please let me know what the size of connector I would need to attach a hose to the end of the filter when flushing this system?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouseHi Steph! The hose connection will need to be 1/2" male threaded to connect to the 1/2" female ball valve at the bottom of the filter.
