Ease of Doing Business!
Of course I'm pleased with the product. It's a replacement filter cartridge for my whole-house filtration system. I could have bought from another supplier, but their website was difficult to navigate & refused to recognize the manufacturer's part number. Supply House's website was easy to use and it recognized the part number. In addition, the filter arrived within a day or two, so the shipping was very fast. I'll come to you again when I need more cartridges! A well-designed website is the magic!
