Great Customer Service!!!
Product is simple but important in its design that drain hole from 3/4" outlet is flush with interior wall (not 'centered') which allows fluid to 'gravity drain' from a 5/16" high pan.
But the star of this transaction is Customer Service that thoroughly searched the web to find this one of a kind item.
