Good Quality but not for marine use
The adapter was strong, and had large enough barbs for double clamps.
But be aware that the bards are very pronounced and probably work great on soft hoses. But for stiff marine hoses, such as sanitary hose, I was unable to get the fitting into the hose, even with heating the hose. It measures noticeably over the 2" ID of the hose, which makes me think it is optimized for softer hoses.

The barbs on this product are about an 1/8 inch bigger in diameter than the hose. So essentially you have to push a half inch hose over a 5/8 (.625) inch barb. Even at the narrowest point between the barbs the diameter is still 15 thousands of an inch bigger than the hose. It was a struggle to get the hose over the barbs and if you need to remove the hose, you will have to cut it off. Perhaps these are intended to be used without hose clamps IDK, but I would never buy these again. I ended up sanding down the barbs and it was still tight. Too much effort for a simple job.

I will definitely be buying from them in the future
My sprinkler system is older and they used 7/8 inch poly pipe. My sprinkler system has been getting cut as we do landscaping and new deck. There is no one that sells these fittings. I will definitely be buying more supplies from them in the future. They are easy to work with.

Thank goodness SupplyHouse had this size
I am still not sure this pipesize is 7/8 but with a little persuasion and an extra clamp all is holding well. I think the size I had was used for farm wells and the guy that built our house ran it for the 1/4 mile up to the house. I went to at least 6 places so buy a few extra for the next time. I will be leaving these with the next person I sell the house.
