We used this to replace another brand that had failed.
After doing some research on electric point of use water heaters, I decided on the Stiebel Eltron DHC-E 3/3.5 trend tankless electric water heater. I liked the fact that it had the ability to adjust the temperature settings for the application. The unit that we replaced didn't have that option. Also, it has dual voltage ability. We have two older point of use water heaters also in this building. When they fail, we will replace them with another one of these.
