The Answer To My Needs
Trading out the Taco cartridge pump for a B & G pump was the best choice I could make. Annual maintenance is a thing of the past with the Taco pump. Yes both pumps will require some other service at various times, but the Taco will only need 1 part, the replacement cartridge. Replacing will take 15 minutes, after everything cools down, and 2 wrenches, that's it. No more dealing with allen wrenches, oiling the motor and bearings, or a broken impeller with a frozen nut.
