The 0012 3-Speed pump is a direct replacement for Grundfos, UPS43-44 3-Speed. Designed for high flow / low head applications. It’s ideal for large BTU boilers, primary boiler loops and large recirculation systems. The Stainless Steel 0012 should be used for open, potable water applications.
The 3-speed circulator features a removable, uni-body Integral Flow Check (IFC) that maximizes flow and prevents gravity flow - even in the tallest buildings. Wiring is a snap thanks to a new extra roomy, easy access capacitor box.

Yes I would buy again
I waited to give an evaluation until this pump has ran awhile. It has been 3-4 months now and have not missed a beat. (This second one) Works great and heats my tenants' apartments just as designed.
It replaced an old B&G 1/3 HP with this one.
BUT - this has been the second pump. The first pump was loud upon installation with a bad spline or impeller or something. I called Supply House and after talking to one person who said to go & talk to Taco (I had no luck there) and then called SH back and got a great lady who sent me a free replacement right out. I replaced that and so far has been working well. I could have given a worse evaluation based on the 1st SH person but hopefully this will ensure that all associates are trained as good as the second one I got.
