The 00e Series VR ECM High-Efficiency Circulators are versatile web-enabled, wet rotor, variable speed line of commercial pumps for chilled and hot water applications. Internet access and settings make installation, setup and service easy. The ECM motor saves up to 85% of the electrical energy compared to conventional pumps. Multiple operating modes make this pump a perfect choice for most applications.

Dissaponted
I work for a plumbing company and have installed a few dozens of VR15, also some VR20, VR25 and VR30. Bad decision made from my company management. These pumps have serious issues, they are so sensitive to any small air bubbles, or little sediment stock in the casing ,also to mention Do Not attempt to rotate the housing if numbers show upside down (when pump is installed on the return side). Not reliable, always displaying "E" error codes. Unlike TACO 1600 series or 1900 series still operating on these days wonderful pumps, but Viridian VR-s are just a failure. So we switched to other brands ECM motor which are cheaper and not dealing with callbacks again.

viridian pump
Bought 2 of these pumps and had them running for 4 months with one going bad.
The circuit board shorted out somehow.
Tt has a 3 year warranty which supply house honored.
The only bad thing i had to buy another one to get it right way and then send the bad one back and cover the shipping of $48.
I hope this was just a bad pump but time will tell.
