Great filter, but must measure
These filters, when correctly fit, will be a premium replacement to the endless disposable filters. HOWEVER, these filters are actual sizes and not nominal sizes, like buying lumber. Our furnace manufacturer specifies 16 x 25 x 1 furnace filters, and these are what we've always ordered to fit the filter cage, which it turns out isn't the actual size of the both the filter and its space in the filter cage. Nu-Calgon furnace filters are the ACTUAL size. Therefore, measure your furnace filter before buying the Nu-Calgon PermaFilters. We discovered that our 16 x 25 x 1 furnace filters are actually 14 x 22 x1 and must order this size in the Nu-Calgon Permafilters. Just sayin...
