Furnace won't work without it....
I recently enjoyed a crapping out of the home heating source at the most inconvenient time, which is when that stuff always happens, isn't it? Some diagnostic efforts revealed a dead transformer and a posthumous Ignition Control Module, which produced heartache, tears and cold. I live in Michigan and this happened just as my Tootsie and I were to depart for a short winter trip which couldn't happen until this stuff was replaced and our furnace was merrily humming away. Otherwise both the people and the pipes would likely freeze. How snot cool is that?
So...
I hop on to the SupplyHouse website, locate the parts and place the order and within 48 hours, they were being installed in my furnace. Once installed and the diagnostics completed, we also discovered that the low water cutoff switch had gone on to the great beyond as well, likely causing the whole mess. Once that was replaced, we were back in business and off to the great beyond.
It would bear noting that our furnace was installed in 2002 and excepting only minor interruptions at distant intervals, with the help of the good people at SupplyHouse.com, we are kept toasty warm and happy. I love these guys! They have everything you can think of in stock, reasonably priced and they get it out to you ASAP.

not working well at all

Lightning-fast service and great price
I have not installed the board yet. The furnace started working after it reset but as a precaution I bought the control board. Not the first item I have bought from these guys, but the service is always outstanding.

not working well at all

Worked like a champ
This is the updated control board, and I was worried it wouldn't perform. But, simple unplug and replug, hit the power switch and Bam!.. Back in service.
