This is the best thermostat for fan coil systems on the mark

Long wait for delivery but product works!
Thermostat is working fine. In spite of the product arriving after 8 months, the staff kept me informed along the way.

Almost Perfect...
I replaced original Carrier thermostat-- wires matched up exactly, even mounting screw locations were the same. Configuration (via phone app) should have been a breeze, too, but manufacturer omitted the possibility that phone may need to have cell disabled temporarily in order to connect via Bluetooth. E-mail to Venstar support received prompt response with the exact solution needed. Too bad this wasn't in the manual.
