These products can accurately detect belt loss, coupling shear or other mechanical failure on unit vents, exhaust fans, recirculation pumps and other fixed loads down to as little as 1/5 hp.

A perfect motor status switch!
I have been using the H-608 for many, many years. When properly installed and configured, it will last a lifetime. With the usable range, it will cover almost every monitoring requirement. The key is the adjustment when installed, too many times they are not properly adjusted, with a known good electrical load, so when Field Service Technicians inspect at a later date, they may think it needs replacement - not the case. They very rarely fail and are an overall great product.
