Q: 1. Can this be used under porcelain tile flooring? 2. What is the overall thickness? Thx.

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse.com TeamHi Charles. I confirmed with Viega that the overall all thickness of the panel is 1/2". They also confirmed that this can be used under porcelain tile flooring. However, they recommend covering it with a 1/4" or 3/4" cement cover and submembrane to smooth out the area under the tile and ensure an even installation and prevent the tile from becoming uneven in the future.
