Product does not state that it is oversized. It goes over the pipe for a lead and oakum type of joint.

Not for No Hub coupling.
Description was not clear. Please note this is old style female end to connect to bell end female collar with hemp and lead seal. We were looking for a male to male 4" with no hub coupling.
Had to return it with $15 shipping charge.
