Misrepresented product description
I bought this to cover a ceiling gap over my dryer's vertical 4" steel duct. It turned out this flange wouldn't grab onto the pipe being still too wide. However, it did work on a 4" gas pipe in a store with an inner pipe sleeve. Product stated for 4" pipes which was not true for all 4" pipes. I had to pay return shipping. I should have been issued a return shipping label. Buyer beware.

Broken
This hinged plate broke apart as soon as I opened it, but the refund process was easy. I sent a picture of the plate and was credited promptly.
