Maybe plumbers understand the sizing
I'm a consumer and ordered this trim to finish the floor junction around a 3.5" support pipe. The inner diameter of this 3.5" flange is 3" so it didn't work. However customer service generously reordered a 3" IPS size and shipped it free. It fits the 3.5" pipe perfectly... Thanks!
