Hi Lou! The Series LF007 can be mounted horizontally or vertically. However you must check with your local authority having jurisdiction regarding the approval for vertical orientation and any other installation requirements.

I tried Lowe's & other stores. My O ring was damaged. My back flow meter serviceman keeps in stock O ring for ¾" check valve. I believe he charged me $ 3.50. This is in Charlotte, NC. Charlie Modi
